Hailing from the
northeast Ohio area, and performing for the past six years, Hard
Day's Night is an exciting music-theatrical tribute to the Beatles,
recreating one of the most authentic live stage performances of the
original Fab Four seen anywhere today. The group is exceedingly well
received in all venues, especially family oriented events. National
clients have included Continental Airlines, Volkswagen of America,
Easter Seals, the American Heart Association, and the Hard Rock
Cafe. The national reputation has grown to such an extent that it is
now recognized as one of the top Beatle stage acts in the country.
In June, the band was selected by Continental Airlines to perform in
Atlantic City at the Hilton Casino Resort to celebrate Continental's
direct flight from Cleveland. And overseas, sponsored by Continental
Airlines in 1999, the group achieved international recognition for
their performances in Liverpool, England, including a special
appearance with Pete Best, the Beatles original drummer. The band
will be returning to England this August for a second series of show
in Liverpool, at special invitation from Cavern City Tours for
International Beatles Week. In addition, Hard Day's Night is
officially endorsed by Alistair Taylor, former General Manager of
Apple Corps. LTD, and is working on special appearances with him to
promote his new book about his life with the Beatles.
On the
local scene, Hard Day's Night has performed at almost too many
events to mention, including the Packard Music Hall in Warren,
Boardman Park, Brecksville Home Day's, the Crooked River Festival in
Cuyahoga Falls, North Canton Main Street Festival, and at New Year's
Eve First Night celebrations in Pittsburgh and Akron, including a
special appearance with the Akron Symphony Orchestra at the famous E.J. Thomas Hall. Hard Day's Night will continue in 2003 at Abbey
Road On The River, the largest Beatle Festival outside of Liverpool,
England, at the Nautical Stage in Cleveland, Ohio.
